Ingredients

For the steak bites:

1.5 lbs of steak, cut into bite-sized pieces (fillet, rib eye or filet mignon work best)

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 teaspoon 2 tablespoons chili powder 41/24/

1 teaspoon onion powder

Salt and black pepper, to taste

For the garlic butter sauce:

3 tablespoons unsalted butter

4cloves garlic, minced

1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional, for a little spice) tablespoons allspice

tablespoons allspice bites

Pat the steak pieces with a paper towel to remove excess moisture. This will ensure good cooking.

In a bowl, mix the steak pieces with the paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until

evenly combined.

Step 2: Cook the Steak Bites

Heat a large skillet or cast iron skillet over medium-high heat.

Add 2 tablespoons of olive oil to the hot skillet.

When the oil is shimmering, add the steaks in a single layer. Do not crowd the pan; cook in batches if

necessary.

Sear the steak for 2 to 3 minutes on each side, or until browned and cooked to desired doneness.

Remove steak pieces from pan and place on a plate.

Step 3: Make Garlic Butter Sauce

In the same pan, reduce heat to medium.

Add butter to pan and let melt.

Add minced garlic and red pepper flakes (if using). Cook for 30 to 60 seconds or until fragrant. Be

careful not to burn the garlic.

Return the steak bites to the pan and toss with the garlic butter sauce to coat evenly.

Step 4: Garnish and serve

Sprinkle the steak with fresh chopped parsley for color and flavor.

Serve immediately while hot.

Serving Suggestions

Pair with mashed potatoes, rice, or roasted vegetables for a complete meal.
