2 cans (20 oz each) pineapple chunks, drained (reserve 1/4 cup juice)
1 cup sugar
6 tablespoons all-purpose flour
2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1 cup crushed Ritz crackers or similar buttery crackers
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
Instructions:
Preheat Oven:
