Mini Quiches Recipe
Ingredients:
1 package refrigerated pie crusts
4 large eggs
1 cup heavy cream
Salt and pepper to taste
1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar, Swiss, or a mix)
Fillings of choice (e.g., cooked bacon bits, diced ham, chopped vegetables, fresh herbs)
Instructions:
Preheat the Oven:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Prepare Muffin Tin:
Grease a mini muffin tin or use non-stick spray. Set aside.
Prepare Pie Crusts:
Roll out the pie crusts and cut into rounds using a cookie cutter or a cup that fits the size of the muffin cups. Press these rounds into the muffin tins.
Mix Eggs and Cream:
In a mixing bowl, whisk together eggs and heavy cream. Season with salt and pepper.
Add Fillings:
Place your choice of fillings into each pie crust cup. Top with shredded cheese.
Add Egg Mixture:
Pour the egg mixture over the fillings in each cup, filling to just below the top of the crust.
Bake:
Bake in the preheated oven for about 25 minutes, or until the quiches are set and golden on top.
Cool and Serve:
Let them cool for a few minutes before removing from the tin. Serve warm.
