1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/4 cup sugar
1/3 cup melted butter

3 cups cream cheese, softened
1 cup sugar
1 tbsp lime zest
1/2 cup lime juice
3 eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
For the topping:
1 cup heavy cream
2 tbsp confectioners’ sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Prepare the crust: Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter until well combined. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan. Bake for 10 minutes, then remove from the oven and let cool.
