Corn Casserole Recipe Using Jiffy Mix
Ingredients:
1 box Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix
1 can (15 oz) creamed corn
1 can (15 oz) whole kernel corn, drained
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup melted butter
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Optional: 1/2 cup chopped green onions or jalapeños for some added kick
Instructions:
Preheat the Oven:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×9 inch baking dish or similar sized casserole dish.
Mix Ingredients:
In a large bowl, combine the Jiffy mix, creamed corn, whole kernel corn, sour cream, and melted butter. Stir until everything is well mixed.
Add Cheese:
Fold in half of the shredded cheddar cheese into the mixture. If you’re using green onions or jalapeños, add them at this stage.
