Ingredients:

1 (9 inch) unbaked pie crust

3/4 cup granulated sugar

1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon ground ginger

1/4 teaspoon ground cloves

2 large eggs

1 can (15 oz) pure pumpkin puree

1 can (12 fl oz) evaporated milk

Instructions:

Preheat the Oven:

Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).

Mix Spices and Sugar:

In a small bowl, mix the sugar, cinnamon, salt, ginger, and cloves.

Prepare Pumpkin Mixture:

In a large bowl, beat the eggs lightly. Add the pumpkin puree and the sugar-spice mixture. Gradually stir in the evaporated milk.

Fill the Pie Crust:

Pour the pumpkin mixture into the unbaked pie shell.

Bake:

Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes. Reduce the temperature to 350°F (175°C) and continue baking for 40 to 50 minutes, or until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean.

Cool:

Allow to cool on a wire rack for 2 hours. Serve immediately or refrigerate.
