Cheesy Mashed Potato Puffs
These cheesy mashed potato puffs are crispy on the outside soft on the inside and filled with rich buttery flavor Made with creamy mashed potatoes and baked to perfection they make the perfect side dish or appetizer
Ingredients
For the Mashed Potatoes
Four medium potatoes peeled and boiled
Two tablespoons of butter
Half a cup of milk
Salt and pepper to taste

One cup of shredded cheese cheddar or mozzarella

One egg
One sheet of puff pastry
One tablespoon of melted butter for brushing
Instructions
First Step Preparing the Mashed Potatoes
