Cheesy Cauliflower and Broccoli Casserole Recipe
Ingredients:
1 medium head cauliflower, cut into florets
1 large head broccoli, cut into florets
1/2 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup sour cream
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
1 cup grated cheddar cheese
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
2 tablespoons melted butter
Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish
Instructions:
Preheat the Oven:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a large baking dish.
Blanch the Vegetables:
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the cauliflower and broccoli florets and blanch for about 2-3 minutes until just tender. Drain well and set aside.
